If I were young, I'd flee this town

grey skies are gonna clear up, put on a happy face..

Not that the weather has been bad since I came back to Ireland. Today is the first day since I left London that I've felt the clouds of discontent shift. Possibly thanks to the fact that I've not given myself a hangover in 2 days (goodbye-drinks are the spawn of Satan). Quite definitely due to the fact that I've undergone a new mood enhancement treatment called Trampoline therapy. (see image below..)

It has been many moons since I have belly-laughed so hard. Between the discovery of the yogi boing( photos to be posted at a later stage) and the sheer pleasure of propelling my niece into the air like a little humanoid tiddley-wink, it is hard to engage in such an activity and not be grinning ear to ear afterwards.

The experience has put working with these folk even higher on my list of things to do before I die become dull. There is so much to be said about the nofitstate Circus that I think I'll commit a post to them at a later stage. Needless to say that in my 29th year I rediscovered my desire to run away with the circus. Or atleast work with them long enough to develop my own piece, thing or trick!

So yes, today has certainly taken on a brighter hue. As I see the sun outside and hear the birds a chirp-chirpin in the trees I'm pretty sure that I'll be feeling more like this by the end of the day.-

A quote that resonates with me today - “Your outer world is a reflection of your inner world."
